Pertaining to and for the purposes of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals and with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC
We would like to inform you that the European Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the processing of personal data provides protection for individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the REG. EU 2016/679, we invite you, therefore, to take note of the following information.

b) the fulfilment of obligations under laws related to contractual relationships;
c) any external professional collaboration in order to fulfil legal obligations;
d) the protection of contractual rights;
The legal basis for data processing is the contract, as well as explicit consent.
3) How the data collected will be used…
Personal data will be processed on paper, computerised and electronically entered into the relevant databases from which the data processors can access the information.
Processing may also be carried out by third parties who provide the specific services, administrative or technical, necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
All data processing operations are implemented in order to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data.
4) Data retention period
The data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship in accordance with the law.
5) The scope of communication and dissemination of data
In relation to the purposes indicated in point 2, data may be communicated to the following people or bodies:
- tax advisors;
- banking institutions for the management of receipts and payments;
- financial administrations or public institutions in compliance with regulatory obligations;
- companies and law firms acting for the protection of contractual rights;
- agents and representatives;

The data subject may exercise his rights by writing to the Data Controller as indicated in point 1, or by e-mail to email@example.com, specifying the subject of his request, the right he intends to exercise and by attaching a photocopy of an identity document that certifies the legitimacy of his or her request.
